An Independent Consultant, Mr. Rodgers has more than 40 years of community health center and healthcare experience. His current focus is on providing interim executive leadership and strategic planning. He has had multiple interim assignments as the Chief Executive Officer and also provides governance and administrative expertise for HRSA directed Organizational Assessments. Prior to initiating his consulting practice, Mr. Rodgers was President/CEO of Crusaders Central Clinic Association in Rockford, Illinois. He led all aspects of a $22 Million Federally Qualified Health Center organization with 5 locations and 300 employees serving 40,000 patients annually. His extensive background with Community Health Centers also includes Executive Director Positions in Iowa and Pennsylvania. Most recently Mr. Rodgers has completed interim assignments for health centers in Kansas and Alaska.
Mr. Rodgers has a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Illinois Primary Care Association, and National Association of Community Health Centers.
